My new AC was not cooling so Tyson came out to check it out. He determined the AC units were fine, but the wire connecting the outside unit to the inside air handler was shorting out. He replaced the wire and problem solved! Thanks to Tyson's expert diagnostics, I was up and cooling in no time. I'm very satisfied with Dymond's customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them! My AC went out on a Saturday afternoon and Dymond was able to send a tech out that day. Mike was friendly and professional. Due to the age and condition of my unit it was decided to replace rather than repair. Mike quoted a good price and scheduled for Monday installation. Thanks Mike! On Monday David arrived early to remove the old and install my new AC. He worked efficiently and took care to protect my floors. Mike followed up to sign off on the install and answer any questions.
