I had a great experience with this AC company. They were professional, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly and had my system up and running in no time. Honest pricing, great communication, and excellent service overall. We love Dymond! Been using their services for years and they are always on time and ready to handle the repair. On this particular service call, Adam stuck with it and even had to pickup a special part to complete the repair same day! Great service, highly recommended.

Those guys were amazing. They showed up two hours before they said they were gonna be here troubleshooting the problem in less than 15 minutes and they only charged me a service charge. Amazing you don’t expect that out of these type of people these days, but there still are some honest people out there

The entire Dymond team was a refreshing change from my former AC service supplier. They installed my new Trane unit perfectly and left my garage cleaner than when they started. We are delighted with our new Trane system and the electrostatic air cleaner is amazing. Thanks Allen Adam performed my twice yearly service and inspection. He was on time and very knowledgeable, offering tips on keeping my Trane system functioning properly. Thanks Adam.

The man came to my door and introduced himself to me his name was Angel l recommend him you will be very glad that you did. He was very knowledgeable about everything he did and to take the time to check or clean your whole system. Very polite. I will positively use him again. Try the rest and then try the best. Not just here to sell you something you don't need. You could plainly tell he cared about his job. And l recommend Dimond heating and cooling as the best and the cheapest around the Brookville area. May God bless this great business.

Highly recommend Adam. Super customer oriented and knowledgeable. I noticed on Saturday that my ceiling was leaking just underneath where my air handler is located upstairs So I called Dymond and Adam was here within the hour. He is very thorough and was able to determine the cause. No one wants to spend money unexpectedly, but Adam explained what Asher, I mean hey dude stop needed to be done helped make me feel better about spending that money and I even signed up for the maintenance program.
