Dymond Heating and Cooling of Land O Lakes, Fl. provided an excellent new AC installation experience for my wife and I in September 2026. Adam and his team consisting of Tyson, Gavin, and Angel did an outstanding job installing our new AC unit. Adam gave clear instructions about how the new unit would work with all of its benefits. Also, Elvia was an excellent office manager who provided all information in a timely manner. The staff overall was very courteous and respectful. My wife and I would highly recommend them. Again…an Excellent Service Call!!! Sept. 2026 If you want Consistent Excellence…Dymond is your Service Company. Tyson is your man! We are always pleased beyond measure with his work!!! Tucker’s February 2025….Tyson at Dymond heating and cooling did a Super Tuneup on the A/C system. He also replaced a torque booster that was needed. It’s always a pleasure to deal with the company, and we trust the work. It is late August, and another emergency A/C issue. The appointment for Alan to come out was immediate! We were cool again without a glitch! Thank you Dymond Company for a Great Job!!! We had an emergency, and the response was immediate. The Dymond team found the problem, and made the repair. We feel confident in their work, and the team is not only efficient, but friendly and respectful. Always an Excellent Job!!! We’ve used the company for years. New A/C units a few years back, and excellent service before install and afterwards. It’s a few months later …. And we needed a repair. Allen, the owner, came out, and did the job. We called that morning, and he was here to fix the issue by 10:30. Again…reliable, efficient, and priced reasonably. My mom, and sister also use his services. Everyone is happy with the work.

I highly recommend Dymond Heating and Cooling. My air conditioner crashed a couple of weeks ago, late one evening. Dymond scheduled an appointment for the very next day, As promised, the technician showed up the following morning, evaluated the system and ensured that the house would have cool air overnight while the new part was being procured, I’m happy to report that the new part/parts were installed the very next day. Throughout the process, the office communicated the timeline and steps that were being taken to fix my issue. I appreciate the work that was done and the customer care that Angel, the technician as well as the office staff and installers during each interaction.

ADAM Vandevelde came out right on time and helped to fix the water leak in our unit. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately. Highly professional, polite, and wore shoe covers inside the house. Excellent service.

Adam gave us a quote for a new HVAC system and he was 1 of 3 companies we spoke with. He listened to our needs and gave me recommendations based on my budget. I was concerned about reducing allergies and had a specific request for a 4 inch media cabinet for the filter at the air handler. While other companies weren't comfortable with this Adam was super helpful. The team came and installed the new system and completed it within a half day. So far the unit is down 24% in runtime. I would highly recommend Dymond and Adam for your HVAC needs.
