We scheduled estimates with a bunch of AC companies and while others were basically in and out with their quick sales pitch and quote, Dymond’s rep (Adam) went above and beyond to diagnose our problem and talk through our options, explained all the pros and cons, and was super knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend Adam.

Adam was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting and helping us decide what way to go with our 25 year old AC. Would recommend Dymond Heating and Cooling for anyone looking for help with their ac unit......2nd review- Everything was installed in a timely manner and is working flawlessly! I am recommending them to my in-laws for their home AC needs..... Thanks again to Dymond AC! 3rd review What can I say, AWESOME!... Adam again to the rescue, getting over here way before the appointment time window. Nothing major, just needed to blow out the drain pipe. I also did that.... He just did it better!

Tyson G of Dymond Heating and Cooling has truly out done himself again . Each time Tyson shows up to our house to take care of our A.C. units, his professionalism is the first thing I take notice to each and every time . He is is very thorough with his evaluation of any and all recommendations .He is very careful and always cleans up when he is done with the job . Those guys were amazing. They showed up two hours before they said they were gonna be here troubleshooting the problem in less than 15 minutes and they only charged me a service charge. Amazing you don’t expect that out of these type of people these days, but there still are some honest people out there

My AC went out on a Saturday afternoon and Dymond was able to send a tech out that day. Mike was friendly and professional. Due to the age and condition of my unit it was decided to replace rather than repair. Mike quoted a good price and scheduled for Monday installation. Thanks Mike! On Monday David arrived early to remove the old and install my new AC. He worked efficiently and took care to protect my floors. Mike followed up to sign off on the install and answer any questions. The new AC works great, and I am very pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend Dymond For your AC needs. Tyson came over to take photos and verify serial numbers for my warranty. He was friendly and efficient and completed his task quickly. My warranty paperwork arrived within hours via email. Overall Dymond did a excellent job with quality work and great customer service. If you have A/C issues, give a Dymond a call!

Tyson is a very pleasant professional young man who communicates well. Diagnosed the AC problem on Tuesday and fixed it the next day. He went out of his way to help identify and check our air filters and replaced an overdue one.
