These guys are great! I called on a Friday morning and a technician came to my house within the hour! The technician that I had was Angel, and he diagnosed my A/C’s problem and fixed it within minutes. These guys treat their customers with respect and honesty. I highly recommend them!

As always, Tyson was on time and very efficient. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. We’re always confident with Dymond and Tyson.

Tyson came out to assess how we wanted a mini split put in and gave great recommendations. When he came back, he was diligent and making sure everything was right and far exceeded our expectations! On a follow up call regarding the mini split he came back out and was so unbelievably helpful. Everyone in this organization has been Absolutely amazing! I can’t imagine ever using another Company..

Tyson is a very pleasant professional young man who communicates well. Diagnosed the AC problem on Tuesday and fixed it the next day. He went out of his way to help identify and check our air filters and replaced an overdue one. Daisy is a very pleasant young woman who assisted in changing the air filter on my air exchanger. She also went the extra mile to completely check out my HVAC system to make sure all was running well. Job well done. There was not charge for this followup service

Everyone at Dymond Heating & Cooling has been nothing less than exceptional! My calls and concerns are addressed in a timely manner and any maintenance work has been clearly explained to me. Al has always been honest and trustworthy with his work. Living in Florida we need our AC (sometimes our heat, too 😉) and you won’t be disappointed with the service you receive from this company! UPDATE (6/23/25): Service Tech Daisy is amazing! She was prompt, professional, explained what was needed, and did the necessary repairs. She stayed to make sure my A/C unit was working efficiently and cooling my house. Another top-notch tech with Dymond AC! 👍

The service man was quick, efficient and solved the problem

The entire Dymond team was a refreshing change from my former AC service supplier. They installed my new Trane unit perfectly and left my garage cleaner than when they started. We are delighted with our new Trane system and the electrostatic air cleaner is amazing. Thanks Allen Adam performed my twice yearly service and inspection. He was on time and very knowledgeable, offering tips on keeping my Trane system functioning properly. Thanks Adam June 2025 I experienced a minor malfunction and Dymond sent Adam out to check my system out. Adam is always courteous and thorough and Dymond is always very responsive

Those guys were amazing. They showed up two hours before they said they were gonna be here troubleshooting the problem in less than 15 minutes and they only charged me a service charge. Amazing you don’t expect that out of these type of people these days, but there still are some honest people out there

We love Dymond! Been using their services for years and they are always on time and ready to handle the repair. On this particular service call, Adam stuck with it and even had to pickup a special part to complete the repair same day! Great service, highly recommended.
