Dymond Heating and Cooling just finished a complicated repair on my A/C unit. Their tech Tyson G. did the repair and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by this young man. He was very respectful to my home taking care not to soil my house. He explained what needed to be done with patience and clarity. He was uniformed and took pride in his appearance. This is a first class small business with an excellent staff to service their customers.

My new AC was not cooling so Tyson came out to check it out. He determined the AC units were fine, but the wire connecting the outside unit to the inside air handler was shorting out. He replaced the wire and problem solved! Thanks to Tyson's expert diagnostics, I was up and cooling in no time. I'm very satisfied with Dymond's customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them! My AC went out on a Saturday afternoon and Dymond was able to send a tech out that day. Mike was friendly and professional. Due to the age and condition of my unit it was decided to replace rather than repair. Mike quoted a good price and scheduled for Monday installation. Thanks Mike! On Monday David arrived early to remove the old and install my new AC. He worked efficiently and took care to protect my floors. Mike followed up to sign off on the install and answer any questions. The new AC works great, and I am very pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend Dymond For your AC needs. Tyson came over to take photos and verify serial numbers for my warranty. He was friendly and efficient and completed his task quickly. My warranty paperwork arrived within hours via email. Overall Dymond did a excellent job with quality work and great customer service.
