Cleaner Than We Found It Assurance

If we leave your home a mess, we’ll hire a professional cleaning company to clean your entire house—our mess, our responsibility.

No Lemon Law Protection

If your new system experiences more than two compressor failures within five years, we’ll replace the outside unit with a brand-new one.

Fix It or Hotel Policy

If your new system fails over a weekend and we can’t resolve it within 24 hours, we’ll reimburse you for a hotel stay—up to $300 per day—until your comfort is restored.
